/ Informational Lawson Software needed to develop a web site that would provide global training to it's software users. The iJob software featured a three-tiered interface for job seekers, administrators, and hiring companies. Because of this, the design was a bit more complicated and needed more extensive upfront planning to implement. The interface for the site was developed using a mouseover left navigation. The courseware includes static graphics, flipbooks, animations, and software simulations developed using a Java Applet. The courseware also includes quizzes for users to check their comprehension of the material as they work their way through the lessons, and a final pass/fail online exam.
