Wind River Software New Employee Orientation Program

Wind River Software was hiring new employees at an alarming rate, and they needed to develop a new employee orientation package that would help introduce employees to the company, and provide them with information to assimilate quickly into the company and its culture, and provide them with basic information.

We produced a logo for the program, "Navigating Wind River", which was used on the various media elements, and turned the logo into stickers that could be used on various program documents.

A binder was created to be given to new employees attending the orientation program. The cover for the binder was a photograph of people in a raft, wearing lifevests, navigating a turbulent river. There were several other posters developed for other sections of the orientation program.

We also created a cover letter, with photographs of the founders, and their welcome to new employees, that was placed inside the binder.

The binder cover was developed to double as a poster which was used in the orientation sessions, and a PowerPoint presentation was developed for the orientation leader to use.
